PRODUKTION
- Johnny Madsen Cover levere selv alt professionel - PA, Monitor, Kabler, Stativer & Lys,
til afvikling af arrangementet. PA anlæg vil bliver dimensioneret til arrangementet.
PRATIK
- Der skal være trukket strøm 230Volt – 10 Amp – frem til scenen.
- Hvis muligt skal "Scenen" skal være minimum 4 x 6 meter.
Hvis dette ikke er en mulighed, skal vi have besked.
- Hvis muligt - 1,5 x 1,5 meter plads til lydmand, placeret centeret foran scenen bagerst i lokalet. Hvis dette ikke er en mulighed, skal vi have besked, og kan løse det på anden måde.
- Afgiftsfri parkering til 2 biler, max 15 meter fra sceneområde.
- Adgangsforhold: Ved trapper eller andre forhold der besværliggøre adgang til sceneområdet, skal arrangøren stille personale til rådighed, til at fragte anlægget til sceneområdet.
FORPLEJNING
- Et privat lokale fra ankomst til afgang til 4 personer.
- Et måltid pr. mand - Kaffe - Kolde øl - Kolde alkoholfri øl - Vand - Sodavand.
SIKKERHED
Kontrahent 1 står for al sikkerhed i forbindelse med arrangementet - Både teknisk & menneskeligt. Det gælder al tænkeligt teknisk, samt musikere, teknikere, publikum, frivillige, osv.

The organizer is kindly requested to provide tax-free parking for 1 van and 2 cars, as close to the load-in/backstage as possible. Parking permit and instructions for parking are sent to Johnny Madsen Cover.
The organizer always makes personnel available to handle all gear, both during load-in and load-out.
Free access conditions for setting up and taking down the PA system and rear gear. Unloading Max 15 meters from load-in/backstage.
Everything must be established and ready at band get in.
Undisturbed time for the sound check, in the time allocated on the contract.

The organizer provides a stage of at least 8 meters wide x 6 meters deep x 0.8 meters high The stage and podiums must be clean, dry, flat and stable.
There must be stairs to access the stage.
When taking place outdoors, the stage must be secured against all ingress of moisture and water. The stage must be protected against rain, sun and wind, both above and on three sides.
1.5 Meter x 1.5 Meter free space for the sound engineer, centered in front of the stage. The distance to the stage is adjusted for each arrangement. In the case of outdoor scars, this must be covered and closed on three sides.

Backstage rooms are made available from arrival to departure.
- Tables and chairs for a minimum of 4 people
- Cold beer, non alcohol beer, mineral water and Coke cola, must be available in the backstage room upon arrival. It must be continuously topped up as needed
- Hot coffee, incl. milk and sugar
After the sound check or after the showcase, a meal is served.
Meals must be of decent quality, not fast food. Beverages adapted to the meal are provided.
Is meal time between 10.00 – 16.00 sandwich is served.
Is meal time between 16.00 – 20.00 a hot meal is served.
Is meal time between 20.00 – 10.00 sandwichis served.
For dining before the showcase, the food must be served at least 75 minutes before the showcase starts.
GUEST LIST:
It is agreed separately per gigs, who and how many can/must be written on a possible guest list.
ON ACCOMMODATION: (If stated on contract)
• Hotel / Apartment / Holiday home – With a minimum of 4 double rooms.
• A wireless Internet connection must be available.
• The breakfast must include in the overnight stay.
• The accommodation option must be within walking distance of the venue, otherwise transport to the accommodation must be ordered and paid for.
Notification must be given if there are things or conditions that cannot be fulfilled in this Rider.
